Mohammed Arif JP

He has lived in Luton all his life, and for 25 years has run a successful driving school business in the town. He has been sitting as a Luton magistrate for the last 18 years, and serves both as a local school governor and as a lay judge in the County Court. He was brought up in the Round Green area and cares strongly about local issues.
