I have lived and worked in Luton for 35 years. I was formerly an area manager for a global insurance company, following which I ran my own very successful business in Luton for over 20 years.I have spent a good deal of time doing voluntary work.
I have been a magistrate in Luton for 19 years, and have sat as a lay judge in the Family Court, also a member of the Independent Monitoring Board regularly inspecting Bedford Prison, am the Chairman for the Luton Conservative Association and for many years ran family karate clubs in Luton. I am a School Governor at Warden Hill Infants School.
I took a seat from Labour in 2015 and am now a councillor for the Round Green ward. Luton is a great, vibrant and diverse town to live and work in. I enjoy working for the benefit of the community and looking after its interests, striving to make Luton a town which people can be proud to live and work in.
